We’re people just like you from all walks of life, looking for a way to make God a bigger part of our lives.  We have young children, we are retired; we work on the land, we work in offices; we commute every day, we work from home; we have plenty, and we have little.  But what we share is a passion to know God through Jesus and to live lives transformed by God’s love.

We believe in the grace and forgiveness of God's love.  We believe working for the good of others is the natural consequence of faith. We believe all humans are God's good creation worthy of God's abundant love.  We believe it is our calling to work for a world of reconciliation, peace, justice and love.

Here's how our founder put it:

John Wesley said:

"Do all the good you can. In all the ways you can, to all the souls you can, in every place you can, at all the times you can , with all the zeal you can, as long as ever you can."

We meet for worship on Sunday at 9:00 am at 225 W Kiowa Ave on the north side of Hwy 86 (next to True Value). We also offer a concurrent ZOOM service. For more information or the zoom link contact: marcia@elizabethunitedmethodists.org

"Do not fear, for I have redeemed you: I have called you by name, you are mine.  When you pass through the waters, I will be with you...when you walk through fire you shall not be burned...Because you are precious in my sight, honored, and I love you.." (from Isaiah 43:1-4)

Open Hearts. Open Minds. Open Doors

Yes, she is barefoot. Seven years ago, Rev. Teri while putting on her shoes for work she heard God tell her not to put her shoes on. Thinking it was just going to be an interesting day...she finally asked, why? God's answer? "It's all holy ground". Since then, she's learned a lot more about holy ground, and bare feet.
